What are your refund and cancellation policies?

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Team commitment is only releasable by SoCal Athletics.
• If services are not provided for reasons outside of SoCal Athletics Inc’s control, at their discretion, SoCal Athletics, Inc may offer a service credit.

Reasoning Behind These Policies:

These policies are in place to ensure fairness for all club members and maintain the high standard of our programs. When a family commits to playing on one of our teams, they occupy a valuable spot that could have been offered to another aspiring player. This commitment from families allows us to plan and allocate resources for a successful season, including hiring coaches and registering for tournaments well in advance. These investments are made based on the commitment made by our players and their families.
